When we arrived at 9.45am the following cars from the Classic Rover Club were already parked up 2 P6's, a Rover 216 convertible and our SD1. We were unable to get parked beside the other club members but were only a couple of spaces away from them.
After we checked in, we meet up with one of the other members and his wife who suggested that we went out to the Pit Stop for breakfast. Fries and omelettes were just what we needed to set us up for the day.
Back at the Elim it was time for a look around. In the main hall there was an impressive display of motorbikes and a few cars, Including an original 1970 Morris Metropolitian Police car and a barn find. I have no idea what make or model of car it was but it was old and untouched.
Inside there was a room dedicated to computer games ranging from the Atari to the Playstation 3, which as you can imagine was a big hit with young and old gamers.
There was also a games room with pool tables which was great to pop into when the occassional shower occured.
Outside there was a display of classic cars, modern cars, modified cars, military vehicles and a commerical lorry which was decorated in images about the Titanic.

Although the weather wasn't great there was a good turn out of exhibitors and spectators at this show. This was an excellent show, well organised and with something for everyone. A great day out, I'm already looking forward to next years show.
We left before the end of the show because we want to stop at The Folk and Transport Museum, Culta to see the De Loreans that were on display there as part of there 30th Birthday celebrations, 80 De Loreans from 21 countries were taking part in the 4 day event. As we arrived late in the afternoon some of the cars had already left. But here's some photos of some of the cars that were still there.
